Returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Scents of Virtue order receipt, order confirmation email, etc.). If you do not contact us within 30 days we will not be able to refund or exchange your product.
If your order has arrived damaged, or you are experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email.
Refunds are applied to returned, unused, undamaged products only and do not cover original shipping fees. Once submitted, refunds typically return by way of the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
SHIPPING INFO
